It’s golden with a white head and the aroma has notes of straw and grain. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, flower, straw and grain, and the finish is dry. It’s a bit too much “damp cellar” in both aroma and flavour, but the BB date is in 3 months from now.

Bottle 330ml.

[ Trade by Maria ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toaste, light cereal and vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, cardboard. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110819]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. Mostly hoppy nose, but there’s also a rather unpleasant malty sourness going on. Not all bad though, it’s just a whiff. Malty, grainy flavor with some pleasant bitterness. Medium to thin on the palate, with a bit hard carbonation. Bitter and grainy finish. 110819

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with medium white head. Flavour is malt, hops, little sweet, little herbal and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clar golden with a small creamy egg white head. Paper and corn. A bit of vegetables. Sweet and thin . .

Bottle at Max and Jess’s place. Pours a clear golden yellow with a thin white head. Grain and sweetness on the nose, light esters. Clean and crisp, crackery grain. Toasty and sweet. Crisp crackers and grain on the finish.

Bottle at Max’s tasting. Pours clear gold. Nose of spicy hops, lager malt and light hint of toffee. Taste of lager malt and light caramel. Crisp dryish finish.

Bottle: Golden, smaller white head, lazy carbonation; shy aromatic hops in the malty to strawy nose; sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering, strawy-malty and bitter finish. Quite unspectacular, but pleasant....

Bottlem, thank pivnizub. Sparkly golden, white lace. Fresh aromatic german noble hop aroma. Surprisingly chewy sweet malt, broken up by the sparkly mouthfeel to give it a light feel. Delicious broad hop profile with a elegant bitter finish. Quick citric aftertaste. Top Pilsener in my book.
