(swing top bottle) Clear, dark amber colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Toasty malty aroma with notes of molasses, caramel, liquorice and hints of vanilla. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied, soft carbonation. Moderately toasted malty taste with bready notes, caramel and balancing herbal accents; moderately sweet and mildly hop- and roast-bitter finish. Decent, almost like a diluted Doppelbock. 16.I.13

Bügelverschlußflasche:Deep reddish-amber coloured, small and persistent off-white head; spicy-fruity and caramelly nose, some molasses detectable, far behind some hoppy traces; moderate dry bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; dryish molassy-caramelly finish with traces of chocolate in the aftertaste.Nice! A dry and "pale" Bock...

Amber colored with little foam. It smells very malty, spicy, slightly smoky and yeasty. The beer starts malty-sweet, slightly caramel-like, with subtle smoke aromas and a slight fruitiness. The middle part is very fruity and sweet with grainy malt aromas. Finish is fruity-sweet, malty and slightly alcoholic-warming! Very tasty bock beer!

Herb süßer Antrunk mit offensivem Malzanteil. Dieser wird im Verlauf intensiver, das Bier bleibt wegen der passenden, nicht übertriebenen Süße süffig. Nun etwas nach vergorenen Früchten, vor allem Banane. Holzige Noten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Weich malzig, zum Ende minimal alkoholisch, nicht störend. Äußerst süffiger und weicher Bock. 8/11/12/11/7/11

Swing top bottle. Brown color. Malt, toffee and licorice in the aroma. Full bodied. Malty sweet flavor with licorice, caramel, nutmeg and plums. Firm bock, tastes bigger as the stated ABV.

It’s dark orange-red amber with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of malt, caramel and a touch of nuts. The flavour is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, light candy-sugar and nuts, and the finish is slightly dry. OK, but a bit monotonous.
