This 7% IPA is brewed with loads of American and New Zealand hops, it has an amazingly fruity aroma and flavour (without the bitterness you may expect for such a heavily hopped beer) and is backed up with a biscuity malt base.

Cask conditioned at The Craven Arms, Birmingham. Gold with white head. This proved to be a big, hoppy beer, lots of nasal grapefruity notes, citrus bitterness, lasting and with a slight alcohol burn note. Full on IPA and very decent indeed.

Aroma: floral hops, light lactose, citrus fruits, oranges, light pine. Appearance: clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: floral hops again, pine, grass, grapefruit. Overall: nice IPA, excellent aroma and palate. Pint at CASK Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, dark amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Piney, slightly sweaty, resinous, hoppy aroma, biscuity malty background with a nuttily touch, fruity hints of dried apricot. Taste is dry, piney hoppy, nuttily and biscuity malty background, remnants of malt sweetness in homoeopathic dosis, cautious hints of dried apricot; bone-dry, slightly astringent and minimally soapy finish. Nice composition, but could be much better off if the hop flavours left behind a feeling of widening dispersion instead of astringent shortage.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 4 Sep 2015) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, orange peel and earthy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of orange peel, apricots, crisp-bread and a generous resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well made IPA. Nice one.

Malty, really fruity, mango, pineapple, citrus. Floral. A little biscuit. Fairly sweet but we’ll balanced by a robust hoppy bitter finish. Really nice.

some beers are great in cask or keg, few make the transition to bottle without losing something. Having tried this in both formats, both rock.

Pours hazy matte copper with nearly flat white head. Aroma of mango, light resin, grapefruit. Taste is funky fruit bitter, almost tarty, with resinous finish. Body is light and smooth with almost lively carbonation. Quite weird, somewhat funky.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2015 Keg at The Knott Bar, Manchester. A slightly hazy pale amber colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of orange, melon, subtle toffee, some berries and pine. Taste of orange peel, grapefruit, melon, some caramel, some resin and honey. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A citrusy bitterness with some sweetness. A balanced IPA with citrusy and malty flavours. Average overall but good bitterness and sweetness......................................... Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A clear pale amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, subtle pine, melon, some peach and slight caramel. Taste is similar of grapefruit, orange, melon, slight caramel, resin and some honey. Full bodied and soft carbonation. A lingering, resinous hop bitterness in the finish. Much more resinous and fuller bodied on cask, still very balanced though.
