33cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Pale amber with a thin white head; sweet tropical fruit aroma; full of fruity flavours, clemantine and satsuma to start, then becoming more grapefruity, and with a strong, sharp, cirusy bitterness; and a lingering finish. A really good Pacific style IPA.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Nocturne (381) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - JAN 15, 2013
330ml bottle. This is a clear gold shade with a compact white head. Aroma has a sweet edge and showcases the NZ hops pretty well, with lots of white grape character coming through. Other than that I can definitely pick up some of those cat piss notes people always mention. Plenty of carbonation. Fairly dry rather than having the sweet edge of the aroma and ends with a lip-smacking pithy bitterness. Good stuff from Hawkshead.

Clear golden color with a thin white head. Big, bright citrus and pine hop nose. This is definitely a hop head beer. The flavors include orange juice, ruby red grapefruit, pineapple, apricot jam, and some pine. Not the most balanced beer, but it is very tasty for those who want a lot of hops in beer.
