On tap at the source... Pours a semi-hazy orange coppery hue and topped with a thin soapy white head... Semi-sweet citrus and grapefruit, somewhat sweet touch of grass... Semi-sweet citrusy fruit. Light dryness in the finish. Lighter in body.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap @ Haymarket. Pours bright golden amber with thin head. Aroma is fruity sweet malt and a hint if spicy hops. Taste is dry mildly sweet malt with big sweet fruit and citrus hops on the finish. Interesting, but a bit too sweet for me.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Citrus and fruit on the nose. Plenty of fruit on the palette - mango & orange. After taste be a little less muddied. Overall good.

Good citrusy dipa, the dry hopping honestly doesnít add a whole tone to me.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at brewpub. Pours a dark orange color with a large white foamy head that quickly dissapates. Big citrus fruit aroma with some light herbal background. The taste is big on lemon and grapefruit citrus, with piney and herbal bitterness showing through in the finish. A light gingerbread sweetness peaks through in the middle. Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly oily in the finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
poured from draft. Pours a dark orange color with a foamy head.
very aromatic with notes of hops, navel oranges, and all sorts of other citrus aromas.
Full bodied, but lacking a bit on the mid and finish. Balanced with good flavors of navel oranges and hops.
This was a very good DIPA. Decent depth on both with bigger notes as well. Not the most complex DIPA though.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled from the tap at the Mundelin beer fest. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grapefruit with notes of pine and resin and a grain backbone. Flavor has light citrus note with pine notes and some sweet grains coming out in the finish. Worked nicely.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap @ the brewpub. Now, having read the description for this this brew, I wonder whether our trusty server got his facts mixed. He had a stiffy for the Centennial IPA, but I think he may have meant this little beer right here. Deep orange amber, striking ripe nectarine aroma. Sweet barley-candy malts, heaps of ripe stone fruit hops, long bitter finish. Solid, solid brew.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours orangey brown with off-white head. Aroma ... hello hops! Love that amarillo! Citrus and pine and resin. Taste brings bitter citrus, pine and some biscuit. Not a lot of "double ipa" depth here, but straight hoppiness. And that is fine. Finishes sweetly bitter with some bitter length. I liked! Altho - donít expect an iipa.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled at the brewpub. Clear gold copper. Nice lacing. An odd nose. Malt and a hop mix that does not quite work. Citrus, onions, and pickle flavors? Uh, ok. Oatmeal base. The nose was a good hint. I have liked everything from this brewery. That streak had to end sometime.
