If you stick your feet in it, your feet will get cold! This light bodied, crisp pale ale is brewed with the four "C’s." Chinook, Crystal, Cascade and Centennial. Designed to be a session beer for those long waits at the alter. Easy drinking yet aromatic and flavorful.

On cask, poured into a stemmed bulb glass. The aromas are muted, which I expect from a cask pour, but they are still present, and clear; with notes of grass, pine, burnt toast, cooked citrus, and some floral qualities. It pours a hazy, full orange brown with a very soft, dense foam (typical of a cask) white head. It leaves a thick ring with a gummy looking surface and a solid sheet lace. The taste is medium / medium high sweet with a medium-light bitter. The texture is slick with a medium full body and a silk smooth carbonation. Notes of grass and pine combine with a burnt toast or wood and orange blossom finish. It drinks very smooth with a peppery, orange peel aftertaste.

Tap 2014: Polaris, Mandarina Bavaria, Hull Melon, Sorachi Ace, and Cascade hops. Nice fruity and herbal overtones with biscuity finish. The melon undertones but not crisp with papery finish.

4oz pour at haymarket. Poured from a pint sized can. There are notes of citrus, spice, mint, bread. A tasty pale ale, it seems as there may be Citra hops in this. Solid!

Draft pour on tap at GTMW 2012 (Madison, WI). Pours a rich golden orange pour, good mellow haze, frothy offwhite head. Dry florals, touches of citrus, rye and spice. Initial is dry and richly bitter. Firm citrusy and dry florals, bitter. Middle isn’t sweet, instead dry and lively, earthy hops. Backend is a touch spicy, dry, and lively. Lemons, floralsn grass. Dry and inviting, quite drinkable.
