Good american pils, no diacetly, incorrect body but a nice herbal floral presence from the saaz.

On tap at brewpub. Poured a pale straw color with a small wispy white head. Balanced aromas of grains, wheat, and malt. Taste is light grains, wheat, malts and a touch of hops. Very crisp and clean finish. Mouthfeel was light bodied and very smooth.

Pale straw colored beer, not a lot of tastes going on in this one. Simple, flat, a little boring. There are far better beers to try at Haymarket.

On draft at the pub. A hoppier pilsner than I’m used to, with a slightly bitter taste.

On draft at brewub, poured a light gold color, aromas of grass, hay, malt, and light wheat. Flavors of grains, malt, and hay, ok beer overall.

draft. medium-light body with rigid carbonation and malt acid providing a sense of fullness. medium acid, medium bitterness, strong toasted pale malt crunch throughout though turnings slightly astringent and soapy late with accompanying unpleasant corn syrup flavors. okay flavor, okay aroma, better texture.

On tap @ the brewpub. Crystal clear pale gold. Nice fruit cocktail aroma. Clean, light, crisp and fruity. More like an APA than a pils in character, but I’m not complaining cuz its GOOD!
