Pale straw colored beer, not a lot of tastes going on in this one. Simple, flat, a little boring. There are far better beers to try at Haymarket.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear pale yellow with a creamy white head. The nose has floral hops, biscuits, hay. Light sweet flavour with nice grassy bitterness, crispy biscuits, more hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp and bitter on the finish, more bitter grass, pale biscuits. Great lager.

On draft at Haymarket. Pale yellow pour, with a white head. Dry biscuit, grass, crisp, hoppy, yeast notes, mild sweet apple, and a bit metallic. Overall not bad.

(En fût à la brasserie): Une mince charpente avec un tranchant zesté et gazonnée, très peu fromagé ou sulfureux. Très simpliste et américain.

At the brewery, December 2015. Gold color. Thin head. Surprisingly good brewpub pils. Crisp and dry, Saaz stand out for me, and I might have called this a Czech pils based on all the hops. A little sweetness at the end, which I did not like. Overall it is good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a thin to medium sized white head. Soft yeast on the nose, grain and a dusting of hops. Medium bodied, tangy grain, a touch of crisp crackers. Crisp and refreshing, so a good one to start with after a day watching a Sox game in the sun.

Pours a slightly hazy, pale golden straw color with a one finger frothy white head that quickly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Decent retention with sporadic streaks of soapy lacing clinging to the glass on the way down. Slightly earthy floral hop aroma with grassy saaz hops and and a pale biscuit malt backbone. Fresh cut grass and subtle pine needle followed by biscuit, bread/yeast and light fruit esters. Apple and pear sweetness countering the hoppy resins. Fuller body than expected with a crisp hop bite that lingers over the sweeter notes and pale malt backbone into a crisp, dry finish. String grassy saaz bitterness countered by some light fruit, bread and biscuit malt. Very sessionable without sacrificing mouthfeel or flavor.

At Haymarket. Pours light golden with a wheat aroma. Tastes of a classic Pilsner with that wheat metallic taste on the tongue with a dry grain taste finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy
