COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This big dark ale is brewed with copious amounts of roasted barley, chocolate malt and oats, then hopped and dry-hopped with loads of Chinook. Flavors and aromas of coffee and chocolate are complimented by citrus and pine. A truly complex and intense brew!

Draft: Poured a deep black color stout with a nice dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of intense coffee notes with some roasted malt and bitter notes. Taste is dominated by intense dry bitter coffee notes with some astringent notes and some roasted malt. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I didn’t really dig this beer which I thought was imbalance and too astringent.
