Clear medium red - orange amber colour with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity - berry, moderate hoppy, dark ripped berries, woody, dry. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, woody hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

From cask. Pours dark orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Bitter, toasted malty and towards breadish. Bitter and flat malty finish.
