Tried the dry-hopped version of this beer. Skunky (in a bad way), diacytol, metallic buttery nose. Weak head. Overly carbonated. Slightly sweet and homebrewy. Bleh.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Dark amber color. Sweet caramel aroma and flavor with citrusy hops and toasty-bready maltiness. Rounded and mellow.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Amber with a small white head. Sweet fruity aroma with toffee and caramel. Sweetish caramel and fruity flavour with a touch of black tea.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2011. Pours a slightly hazy reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.

GBBF. Cask. Hazy brown beer, residual off white head. Light dry palate. Semi rich malts with some toffee, tangy fruits. Dry finished. Well joined up and quite drinkable but lacks something.

Cask at GBBF. Amber body. Very smooth and rich with sweet malts. Nice perle hops.

Clear medium red - orange amber colour with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity - berry, moderate hoppy, dark ripped berries, woody, dry. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, woody hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

Deep orange, but flat. Sticky sweet aroma. Underattenuated sugary mash. Sickly, and boring as hell - no life, no verve, no crispness, no interest for me.

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours amber with a small bubbly head. Berries, citrus, grain and caramel. Dry and a bit citrussy flavor. Medium bodied. Ends dry and hoppy.
