Oregon Brewers Festival 2007
Reddish amber color with a thin head. Has a deep malty nose with a slight hop. The flavor was rich in hops and malts with a good balance between. Some deep earthy notes with some great spices. This was a great beer for the festival.

Cask@GBBF2011. Hazy deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, nectar and some earthyness. Flavour is toasted malts, berries, fruits and some toffee and earthy notes as well. Very pleasant.

On tap at GBBF. Hazy copper. Citrussy hop nose. A bit buttery, but also cidery flavours that actually work well together. Nice.

Draft at OBF’07. Pours deep red with a very malty and carmel nose with some notes of herbal hops. Flavor is very nicely malty with toffee and carmel flavors, light bitterness with a nice english hoppy finish that is floral, spicy and earthy.

Medium brown color. A medium to full bodied pale ale. Malty and fairly hoppy. Good flavor. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Aroma had a lot going on, with caramel, wood, and fruit present. Color was in fact red. Quite malty. Round hop taste, could use more.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Clear copper. Nutty and caramelly, with citric and piney hops. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation. Semi dry with medium bitterness.

Has hoppy strawberry and caramel malt nose with a malty body with chocolate and caramel, followed by a firm bitter finish.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Amber with a small white head. Sweet fruity aroma with toffee and caramel. Sweetish caramel and fruity flavour with a touch of black tea.

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2011. Pours a slightly hazy reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with hints of citrus. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish.
