AlchemistZ (493), Richmond, Virginia, USA Jun 23, 2005 Going back to some old notes. Golden in color, a graininess in the nose, very dry and highly carbonated, a touch of sweetness and no viable bitterness, almost flavorless. This beer was released or atleast a name change was incorporated as they began their slide off the face of the earth to capture anybody, I mean anybody who would buy some of their beer. turbo (1248), Arizona, USA Mar 13, 2005 Poured cloudy straw yellow with no head or lacing.
Malty aroma and flavor with a metalic finish. Watery ,to malty but drinkable. GEOBRAU (182), Mesa, Arizona, USA Nov 19, 2003 Bottle: Poured a straw color. Head dissapates quickly.Aroma is Apple
slight malt backbone.
Kind of cidery.Where's the Hops? I'm not an expert on Kolsch but this is a fairly drinkable beer. Panzuriel (963), Westerville, Ohio, USA Mar 24, 2003 Rich yet somewhat cloudy golden color. Fine head. Hops and acidity in nose. Nice flavor with hops very evident. Nice crisp feeling in mouth.
