Jun 23, 2005 Going back to some old notes. Golden in color, a graininess in the nose, very dry and highly carbonated, a touch of sweetness and no viable bitterness, almost flavorless. This beer was released or atleast a name change was incorporated as they began their slide off the face of the earth to capture anybody, I mean anybody who would buy some of their beer.

Mar 13, 2005 Poured cloudy straw yellow with no head or lacing.
Malty aroma and flavor with a metalic finish. Watery ,to malty but drinkable.

slight malt backbone.
Kind of cidery.Where's the Hops? I'm not an expert on Kolsch but this is a fairly drinkable beer.

Mar 24, 2003 Rich yet somewhat cloudy golden color. Fine head. Hops and acidity in nose. Nice flavor with hops very evident. Nice crisp feeling in mouth.
