Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, resin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100117]

Cask. Clear deep golden with no head. Yeast, chemicals, tart apples and a whiff of dry sherry in the nose. Medium body, flad, dry apple and sherry acents with some sweet caramel. Dry, lightly bitter finish. 170110

Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured floral and strong in alcohol with a crisp bitter and slightly dry malt finish.
