Heads Up Abbey Tripel

Hazy golden. Big estery aroma with light florals, bready pale malt and firm alcohol all in a nice balance. Pretty enticing nose, all told. Flavour doesn’t really live up...it’s somewhat fuselly, getting into harsh gasoline country the warmer it gets. There’s still plenty of rich bready malt and peppery alcohol notes...this is what you get in the finish so that bit’s nice. But the middle is problematic.
