Oct 27, 2007 @GCBF-on cask-pours an off white head with bubbles and cloudy orange/amber color. Aroma is sweet grapefruit-hops. Taste is sweet grapefruit/some pine-hops, some bitter, medium malt. Smooth.

Sep 14, 2007 Hazy amber. Hoppy - maybe some Simcoesque orange but also metallic notes and hints of breadcrust malts. Rather iodiney metallic notes on the palate as well, with tangerine, breadcrust and earth. Low end of the style as far as bitterness is concerned. OK brew, but not really IPA and the phenols detract.

Light pine, light caramel, some fruitiness. Taste is lightly bitter, some caramel, rather bland.

Sep 11, 2007 (Draught) Sampled at the Great Canadian Beer Festival 2007 in Victoria on September 8th, 2007. Vanilla dessert aroma. Flavour is buttery and fruity. Terrible.
