May 19, 2007 On Tap at the brewpub pours out hazy amber topped with a white head. A little hop aroma and tast. With the name Dry Fly. I would think they did a big DRY HOP. I guess not.

Sep 11, 2005 Hazy dark amber colour. Slightly metallic with a hint of toastiness. Toasty, with leafy/tobaccoey accents. Good shot of yeastiness late, but then gets tinny.

Sep 11, 2005 Cask at GCBF. Nice reddish-amber colour. Light yeasty haze, thin tan head. Light toasty aroma, a bit of cherry fruitiness. Flavour is intensely fruity, cherry, blackberry, raspberry fruitiness. A light earthy flavour underneath along with a bit of sweet caramel. Very fruity ESB-style beer. Lingering earthy bitterness with a fruity finish.
