Lots of carbonation. Nose is that of sweet malt and bread. Taste is bread with a small pleasant bitterness aftertaste. Texture is a bit syrupy witch I didn’t really enjoy. But Overall a nice little ale jimmay (203), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Dumped into my glass. Ended up with a nice clear light amber brew with a good sized light light tan cap, decent retention and good silty lacing. Man, the smell of this is pretty brutal especially on the initial pour. Warm, unclean, stinky and unappealing with mild malt! The taste was an odd mild fruit with a decent grainy malt backbone early on but that fades quickly, seems alcoholic with some weak watery mouthfeel and weak bitterness. This beer is ass at best. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 16, 2009 473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear gold with a small, very quickly disappearing white head. Very (too) sweet malty nose. Taste is not quite as sweet with some breadiness coming through. Pleasant slightly bitter finish, though somewhat syrupy texture. The aroma had me worried but I didn’t mind this. JRHBrew (218), Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada
