On tap at the brewery. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. The use of barrel aging is quite tasteful on this one. There is a touch of oak and vanilla in the aroma along with cacao and roasted coffee. The mouthfeel is light for the style. The flavor is roasty with hints at raisins and chocolate and a slightly fruity finish. This is really good for a lighter porter and I would never guess this was 6.8% abv. It’s not evident in any way.
