Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival (Day 2) on 7 December 2011. Hazy golden amber. Some condition. Traditional style nutty malt and earthy hop blend in the aroma. Quite tangy bitter hops on the palate and a slaty, mineral mouthfeel. Decent enough best bitter.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Fest 2011. Golden orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, nectar, earth and some mild zesty notes. Flavour is quite much the same with some slight bitter and sprucelike notes.
