Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 16, 2005 (On tap) Not that pale, rather dark golden in colour. As most Heartland Brews this hasn’t much of a head. Quite aromatic but suffering from a hoppiness that I find a bit too aggressive on the palate. Not that balanced. fiulijn (6010), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jan 9, 2007 Draught at the brewpub, Radio City
Light amber color; nice lace. Light aroma. Average body, light malt flavor, correct bitterness, really ordinary. TBone (5172), Pori, Finland Mar 12, 2008 Draught@Heartland Pub, Union Square, NYC
Golden color, small white head. Malty, a bit caramelly and citrusy nose. Light palate. Light citrusy notes, pale malts. Quickly fading aftertaste. Ok craft "bulk" lager, but no need for another sample. hopdog (4779), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 17, 2005 On tap at the Radio City location. Poured a medium golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas and tastes of mainly corn with light malts. Lightly sweet. CaptainCougar (4687), Rockville, Maryland, USA Nov 18, 2007 On tap at the Union Square location on 9/15/07: Pours a transparent dark golden bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of grainy pale malt with some mild grapefruity hops. Body starts with decent fullness and some light caramel malty sweetness with a light citrus balance. A decent lager.
