Draft in the city. Pours a dark brown body with a finger khaki head. Coffee, chocolate, bitter and sweet from the malt. Oats and creamy vanilla.

On tap on a recent trip to NY. Served ice cold with a Huge light brown head. Sweet scent of coffee and chocolate. Flavor to match. One of the best oatmeal stouts ive had.

The appearance is dark brown black, with a nice tan head. The aroma is roasted coffee, oats, and chocolate. The flavor is roasty, but has a balanced sweetness due to the malts. Thick mouthfeel in general, but not so much considering it’s a oatmeal stout. Nice roastyness on the palate. Very enjoyable overall, although far from the best oatmeal stout out there.

On tap at pub. On the light side for a stout but that makes this flavorfull beer very drinkable. Creamy with just a hint of the typical stout flavors.

On tap at Heartland Times Square; extremely thick in flavor and texture, dark, with thick tan head. Nice thick oatmeal flavor, not overpowering, well-balanced. Hints of brown sugar made for a strong finish, give me another.
