oberabcbbsok (689), Hoboken, Belgium Apr 5, 2008 They told me it was 5% alcohol. It was unfilltered and it was an average white ale. Dronk in NYC in 2004 from draft
DSG (997), Yuvalim, Israel Nov 29, 2008 (10/22/08) Draught sample at the brewpub at Empire State Building, New York. Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma has some wheat and a bit of fruity esters. Sweetish flavor with some wheat, citrus notes and some fruitiness. Medium-bodied. Boring but drinkable. tsetlock (9), Livonia, Michigan, USA does not count Oct 27, 2008 Had on draft at the Radio City location. A cloudy gold color, with medium head. Little wet towel smell, could have been tainted by the lemon that was served with it. (which was immediately removed) A little fruity, yeasty taste. No aftertaste. Would drink it over the macro-brews, but that’s it. Lubiere (3410), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Oct 26, 2008 A murky dark hazy golden ale with a thin white. Aroma is ruined by the slug of lime. In mouth, a rather thin and borig wheat ale, with light malt, mineral water, oh-hum.....Tasted at the brewpub, Nov. 2006. KnutAlbert (2484), Oslo, Norway Oct 14, 2008 Sampler at Empire State Building.
Rather anonymous beer, mostly water. Very light. As they serve it with a slice of lemon, they manage to kill off any subtle flavours there might be underneath. WillieV (166), Maryland, USA Sep 25, 2008 Part of sampler. hazy color little to no head. Not one of the better wheats out there..
