Weak in comparison to most IPA’s. Missing overall bitterness of a traditional IPA. Golden color with light off white head.

Draught at Empire St. Building location. Pours a clear gold with a white head and lacing. Sweet malt and some hopiness in the aroma. Malts and hops both come through in the flavour. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body and bitter finish. Decent beer.

Hoppy, but a little too muted for a US IPA. Fairly malty, biscuit, grassy, and some sweetness, too. Light metallic and resin finish. It almost seemed like they brewed US and UK IPAs, then mixed them. I did enjoy this one, though.
