3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy dark red/brown with a one-finger off white head and decent lace. Toasted malt aromas with hints of caramel and brown sugar. Flavors are similar, and include gentle bittering hops and some gentle herbal tea. Medium-bodied, creamy mouthfeel, moderate carbonation, and a dry finish.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft. Pours amber orange with a creamy off white head. Light sweet caramel malt aroma. The aroma have caramel/toffee sweetness, vanilla, cream, and light notes of milk chocolate. Not bad.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nice attractive appearance, dark red, almost brown, creamy white head. The aroma is not so good, caramel, stale, mettalic. The flavor was malts, caramel, brown sugar, slight booze. The finish was a mix of piney hops and a sour malty flavor. Not horrendous, but not good.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at Union Square- appearance is clear and red- just like any other irish ale, aroma is of caramel but is subtle and flat. Flavor is sweet with a bit of bitterness toward the end of the taste. Palate is average. No real body to this one- not much different than Killians or any other of the genre.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Location: On tap at the 51st and 6th location of the brew pub
Aroma: Nose is sweet, toffee caramel
Appearance: Creamy red color, looks a lot like the rooster...
Flavor: Lots of sweetness, with almost no balance
Palate: Ok mouthfeel, medium body, sticky but creamy
Not a lot of raters of this one...
It was a half-decent Irish red I guess, not much else to say about this one...

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On draft at the Radio City location. Color was amber-brown/copper, decent head when served, yet it subsided and became average. Aroma was coffee and west coast type hops (pine?). The caramel and toffee notes came out, but it finished dry and with a firm hop finish. snore. Caramel and some toffee, moderately dry, firm hop presence. Mouthfeel was average for the style. Snore.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Tap at the Union Square location. Deep amber red colour. Thick white nitro head. Aroma is very sweet and candyish, sweet toffee, caramel, and brown sugar. Flavour matches with wave after wave of increasingly cloying sweetness. Caramel turns to butterscotch and I turn to order something else. A completely unnecessary brew.
