2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
I found some notes for this a while ago. I did not rate this right away, since the barkeep tld me at the time that this was a repackaging of the English Breakfast Tea. They certainly are similar. The aroma has a fruit sweetness, combined with bitter citrusy notes. The appearance is a brown/orange, thin head. The flavor has an orange citrus quality, with some grapefruit hop bittterness. Mouthfeel was very thin. Like the English Breakfast Tea, the barkeep occasionally served this beer on ice! Wierd, I know. Not good, but not quite a drain pour.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Hazy amber-golden beer. Aroma is light with a soft bitter orange character and very light maltiness. A touch of citrus and toasted malt. Thin bodied and low bitterness. Light citrusy flavour. I’d love to see more bitters brewed locally, but it would help if they were good ones.
