Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 16, 2005 (On tap) Pronounced darkish brown colour, nice slightly burned malt character and a good hoppiness (which turns out to be a house characteristica). Very typical fruity/flowery notes. More akin to a Brown Ale I’d say. 5,5% ABV fiulijn (6010), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jan 9, 2007 Draught at the brewpub, Radio City
Dark amber color with red hue. Some caramel aroma. Medium body, a lot of dark caramel taste, maybe too much ending bitterness from the roasted malts.
