Very much like Magic Hat #9. Its sweet, and is balanced well with the taste of apricots. I thought it was decent.

Draft @ HB near Rockeffeler Centre. Actually I loved that brew. Fresh, fruity, smooth, nice taste and palate. Ideal summer special.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at Heartland Brewery, New York.
Nice lasting head, hazy amber/orange body. Heavy sweet apricot aroma. Very nice, smells like real apricot! Also plenty of apricot in the flavor along with malt, hops and flowers. Very tasty and well-balanced for a fruit beer!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma OK. Head dissipates too quickly. Apricot flavor worked nicely with the creamy mouthfeel. Finished well (no surprise).

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Heartland ESB, Manhattan NY on 26th July 2011. Orange body and a fair amount of mostly diminishing off-white foam. Heavy lemon and apricot scents. Sweet and acidic initial flavour in-mouth, sour lemon and apricots in finish. Medium body, and lively carbonation texture. Enjoyed as a novelty and rated as such.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The aroma is fruit, apricot, ther malts. The appearance is an attractive darl amber/red color, white foam. The flavor follows trhe aroma, very fruity, malty, enjoyable. The finish is fruityness, with a light hop flavoring. Very nice, an unusual but enjoyable fusion of fruit and beer. Medium/thin mouthfeel. Decent overall.

My sister got this and I tried it. Actually a good balance between fruit and malts. A little bit of acidity and enjoyable. Very refreshing from the summer heat in NYC.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This one is much better than Magic Hat 9. Does not taste artificial at all, and it is without doubt a perfect thirst quncher. Good fruit beer. However I hate apricot, but that is in another forum ratefruits.com perhaps?
