Nice dark golden unfiltered color. Verry interesting taste, lots of spices. Would be a good christmas beer. Why seasonal in October?

Draught, 4.9% at the brewpub. Cloudy light orange colour. Small white head. The flavour has an OK rough bitterness. Does not taste of much. Hint of citrus, I guess.

On tap at brewpub on 43rd
Aromafrontal aroma was a bit buttery behind mix of few things . Sweet herbal blend with orange peel and other citrus.
Appearance lightly hazed amber-gold with medium top.
Flavor and Palate : Interesting , different blend of wheat. There are hints of clove , citrus and ginger, Refreshing and drinkable despite diacetyl issues.

Sample 1 of 2. Additional sample of this brew. Poured a light hazy color with fluffy head. Taste is watery with spice notes. Finish is dry.

j12601 (6584) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 17, 2010
On tap at the Heartland Chophouse location. Pours a hazy gold with an orange hue and a medium sized beige head. Lavender, faintly medicinal, but the lavender is rather nice. Medium bodied, crisp and grainy, lots of cereal. Cereal, and cornflakes. Dry grainy finish, lightly bitter.

Draft. Pours gold with a thin white head. Flowery and lemony aroma with a light sweetness. The flavor has lavender (i think) up front, some sweet lemony citric notes and a light honey like sweetness. Different, but not bad.

rugbydude05 (478) - Bridgewater, NJ, New Jersey, USA - MAY 13, 2010
Pint on tap, Empire State Building location. Pours a mildly hazy yellowish color, aroma is subtle and floral with some spicyness more present as the drink wears on. Taste is bitter and spicy and well balanced, also a little yeastyness noticed. Palate was a little rough and body was very full and sits very well in the mouth. Not as sweet as most wheat beers and really a nice option in warm weather.

Alphadelic (1751) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 18, 2010
Powdery cloudy orange thin head. Sterile citrus aromas. Spicy and floral orange blossom, very little to back it up slightly off. Nothing to it really.

tgncc (2767) - Bellmore, New York, USA - APR 3, 2009
Aroma is weak; wheat, honey. The appearance is a hazy yellow, white head, more or less true to the style. The flavor is wheat, flowers, honey. I thas the astringent taste of flowers in it. The finish has a light hop bitterness, with the taste of wheat, cereal grains, and the pervasive taste of flowers. An ok beer, far from great.

Looks like I’m the first to rate this one, it’s one of their seasonal brews, and the bartender mentioned it had been on tap for a few weeks...

Location: On tap at the 51st and 6th location of the brew pub

Aroma: Sweet fruits, citrus nose
Appearance: Hazy yellow color
Flavor: Relatively sweet, taste is similar to the nose
Palate: Light body, decent mouthfeel for the style, drinkable, not memorable palate
Overall Impression: Not a great wheat, put somewhat decent, had a nice sweetness to it that made it pretty drinkable...
For what it is, it serves the purpose, would have rather had something a little more powerful, as they all ready had a similar beer in the regular offerings.
Of the two wheats they had on my visit this was the Superior one (the other was the Standard offering called Harvest Wheat).
