Commercial Description: A brown ale with a deeply garnet-colored body from the use of chocolate malt, it is balanced perfectly with the American hop flavor. The hop aroma also compliments the roasted malt nuttiness.
Dark brown with a red hue. Nice, thick-bodied mouthfeel. Rich and roasty-toasty with a healthy bitterness. Some nutty and fruity notes. An uncommonly hoppy brown ale, which I liked. One of the better HD beers I've had.
