355mL thanks to brainlair. Pours clear yellow with diminishing soda head. No retention. Mild spots of lace. Sugar nose with macro lager grain. Mild notes of acetone and vodka. Taste is astringent an sweet with really nothing to write home about. No quenching palate. Very macro like with mild metallic notes. Palate is trashy, soapy.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This seems bland. Decent. But bland. I think I might think this is better because I am combining this with many smoked meats and smoked salsa. The salsa is delicious. I like the smokey green more than the red. Pepperdog salsa. Rating 3.9/5.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This is by far the most flavorless beer I’ve had from Heavy Seas. A pale yellow-orange pour with a white head. Grassy sweet aroma with a very watery and bland flavor. Not much to it. Grass and corn with only a very light touch of hops. I was surprised by the lack of flavor and body.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Quite good beer. I’m partial to it because I’m from Baltimore, but as far as lagers go, I’ve been very satisfied. Has a bit of grassy hops buttressed by a rich, malty character. Light/medium bodied. Good mass appeal beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of grain, bread, biscuit. Medium bodied, nice smooth palate. Well-balanced, great summer beer. Not complex, but not every beer has to be.
