COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just released our newest seasonal – “Holy Sheet”. From the centuries-old tradition of Belgian Abbey monks comes our Uber Abbey Ale (9%). Aromatic and very full bodied, the beer will pour a deep burgundy in color and feature a rich, robust depth of malt character. Grab a line – Holy Sheet! – or you might be swept overboard.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of markgugs. Clear, warm, amber golden with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity nose. Full-bodied, some roasted maltiness and fruit - also both notes of dried and overripe fruit. The finish is quite alcoholic without much hoppiness. 311007

Bottle... Clear copper ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Chocolaty, fruity aroma with golden raisins, red apple, caramel and a little bit of funk. The flavor is malty, fruity and a touch Flemish. Moderately sweet, medium bitter and medium tangy; decent balance is struck. A touch boozy. Full-bodied with a coarse mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Mostly tangy, lightly bitter, astringent finish. Kudos to growler for providing the bottle!
