Cask. Pours hazy orange with a small, bubbly white head, short retention with fair lacing. Aroma is heavy hops, fruity esters, sweet oak, biscuit malt, citrus and pine notes. Flavor is biscuit and straw malt, heavy pine and citrus hops, fruity esters, sweet birch and oak with a dry finish. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation.

Cask. Small off-white head, hazy amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit/orange, some wood, faint cherry. Taste is moderately sweet, orange/grapefruit, some wood. Aftertaste is strongly wood. Soft medium body.
