4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Had this from a bottle last night, very floral/fruity, very well balanced and smooth, some bitterness but not a lot.
Never heard of this one before and was very pleasantly surprised.
I would buy this one again, even non IPA drinkers should like this one.

Holy sweet tropical fruits. This beers is just oozing with massive amounts of tropical fruit. It’s so fresh smelling. It’s like biting into a fresh peach, it’s awesome. So much flavor here, and it just gets better every sip. This one totally surprised me. I liked the label so I was like why not. So good, this one you need to be drinking now.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught. Slight hops aroma, light amber color, small off-white foamy head, slightly sweet hoppy taste, low carbonation, long finish with moldy aftertaste. The aftertaste ruins the beer a bit.

Our flagship beer, Loose Cannon wins people over at first smell. The carefully cultivated interplay of Simcoe, Palisade, and Centennial creates a most fragrant IPA—its nose bursts with notes of grapefruit, herbs, and pine. Bitterness is somewhat subdued by the floral quality that pervades the taste. The color is burnished gold, and the mouthfeel is creamy. A strong malt backbone balances out the triple-hopped beer. Its nickname, Hop3, comes from the brewing process: our brewers hop Loose Cannon in the boil, the hopback, and the fermenter. It won a second place CAMRA award at the 2010 Great British Beer Festival.

Draft at the Greene Turtle at BWI. Pours a clear, copper color with a thin, lacing white head. Nice, thick hoppy aroma. Some tangy fruit as well. Smooth, hoppy taste. Almost creamy as in it is on nitro. Good balance. Not too overpowering. Solid IPA.

Extremely satisfying IPA, floral citrusy hop aroma, was this dry-hopped? Beautiful deep golden color with a creamy head, yet there is a good balance of malt to round it out. Excellent example of the style.
