COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Style: American IPA
Hops: Warrior, Simcoe, Palisade, Centennial, Cascade, Citra
Malts: 2-Row, Caramalt, Munich

Our flagship beer, Loose Cannon wins people over at first smell. The carefully cultivated interplay of Simcoe, Palisade, and Centennial creates a most fragrant IPA—its nose bursts with notes of grapefruit, herbs, and pine. Bitterness is somewhat subdued by the floral quality that pervades the taste. The color is burnished gold, and the mouthfeel is creamy. A strong malt backbone balances out the triple-hopped beer. Its nickname, Hop3, comes from the brewing process: our brewers hop Loose Cannon in the boil, the hopback, and the fermenter. It won a second place CAMRA award at the 2010 Great British Beer Festival.

Drank from the bottle. Aroma is citrus, resin, flowers, and spice. Taste is peach, tangerines, and pine. Very crisp brew, starts out a little sweet and then the dry bitterness hits. Awesome beer.

Draft. Amber with a white head. Good amount of spicy hop aroma. Flavor is big ,bold citrus hop bitterness that sticks around. One of my favorite daily drinkers.

Pours a clear golden orange with a thick, creamy off-white head that hangs around for a while. Nose is pine resin, flowers and herbs, light peach and apricot notes. Somewhat sweet, but mostly bitter. Light-medium body, oily, fairly active, creamy, with a lengthy herbal bitter finish. A nice brew, quite drinkable.

There comes a time in every beer drinkers life where they drink a beer and they’re like "wait I think I’ve had this before..." but they haven’t.... This is the epitome of that. Imagine a good ipa. That’s what this is. There are no frills. It’s just your everyday average good beer.

Pours a golden orange. Thin head. Taste is overwhelming caramel saccharine sweetness, guaranteed to satisfy the American palate. It’s as if the brewer poured corn syrup during the brewing process to boost the ABV. The palate is oily and resinous.

12 oz. bottle at Beer Market, in Pittsburgh. Pours a hazy golden colour with medium head. Explosion of flavours! Taste is very hoppy, floral, spices. Very good IPA. Hoppy feeling stays in mouth for a long while after consumption.
