Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, some vanilla/Bourbon, light vinous, alcohol. Medium-full body, some stickiness. Nice use of Bourbon barrels -- to complement rather than dominate the beer. Quite different (and much better) than the Cab version, tasted back-to-back.
