COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditionally Cream Ales are fermented using lager yeast at "ale" temperatures, then slowly lowered down to "lager", taking the yeast from the top down to Davy Jones’ Locker.

Medium body with with a thick smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet malt flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable brew.
