Cask. Pours murky dark brown with thin, fizzy beige head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malts, floral hops, woody notes, light sourness, and some light spice. Flavor is sweet malt forward with spice, floral hops, and some sour notes; finish a mix of sweetness, spice, and dry wood. Medium body and low carbonation.

Tap. Pours clear dark brown with a medium, frothy off-white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is eucalyptus, cookie malt, earthy hops, oak and prunes. Flavor is eucalyptus, oak, caramel and cookie malt with dark fruity esters and a sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation.
