COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The secret is in the 2.5 pounds of spice per barrel for this fall brew. We add the pumpkin during the mash at precisely the right time to create just the perfect balance of malt, hops, pumpkin and spice.

22oz bomber bottle. Pour is a hazy dark orange with a thin off-white head. Aroma is full of spice with small notes of pumpkin and light alcohol. Up front, the palette is splashed with spices and mild hop bitterness. The pumpkin comes in about halfway with a booziness that kind of washes the good flavor away. No lacing at all. Overall, itís a solid offering, but would like even more if the alcohol was dialed down to create better balance in the mouth feel.

Bottle. Pours a murky orange color with a light off-white head. Radiating smell of pumpkin. Hops balance out the sweet pumpkin flavor. A little heavy on the spices. Alcohol definitely warms the throat. Has a slight bitter finish with all the kick of the fall spices.

[4415-20120504] 1pt6floz bottle. Thanksgiving spices and fruity pumpkin pie aroma. Slightly hazy, orange body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head and lots of tiny floaties. Boozy pie crust flavour has a ton of pungent spices and pumpkin rind. Medium body has quite a kick. Really interesting big and bold. (7/4/6/3/14) 3.4

My bottle [660ml] shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, GregClow, jerc & mabel. Pours a hazy orange-amber with a small semi-lasting frothy off-white head. A good amount of sediment in there. Aroma of pumpkin, spices and light alcohol. Slightly sweet flavour of pumpkin, spices and a bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not overly complex but very good nonetheless.

2012-05-04. Bright orange body, small beige head. 3+ sweetish aroma, light alcohol, muted pumpkin. Flavour is quite pumpkiny, sweet, light alcohol on the tongue is warming in the throat. Not super complex but enjoyable. Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate. Enjoyable. Bottle shared by Blankboy.

Thanks to Blankboy. Appearance: vibrant orange, medium white head. Aroma: citrus, mild pumpkin, a little hoppy, a little alcohol. Flavour: spicy, sour, black pepper, decent amount of pumpkin, light in body, long spicy finish.

22 ounce bottle pours a murky orange color with aromas of caramel, allspice, some pumpkin, cinnamon, and some brown sugar. Flavor is sweet up front with some allspice and some pumpkin thrown in. Surprised at this one, and a nice beer overall that I would drink again.

I guess Iíll take 201 then. Had a few sips of Travlrís glass. Heís right about the color for sure, and in fact I mostly agree with him. Itís spicy (nutmeg, cinnamon) and pumpkiny in both the smell and taste, but not as sweet as Pumpking, which is important for me.

This is the 200th rating of this bad boy, whoo hoo! Hazy brown color, thin beige head. Aroma of nutmeg an gourd. Taste resembles pumpkin pie, but itís not overbearing.

22 ounce. Big pumpkin aroma and spice. Heavy carbonation. Given that it was probably bottled last October, itís held up really well and the spices are all dominant.
