It's a very robust pumpkin ale and has a lots slices with very copper color and low hops, very thick. Good beer all the way for the season

On tap at Jean bonnet. Big sweet and lots of caramel with the spice. You know it’s big from mouth and obvious alcohol

Vegetal and spicy aromas, also some caramel, cinnamon and pumpkin. Smooth. Caramel, cinnamon, booze, brown sugar, herbal tones. Easy drinking, not too sweet.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A big boozy pumpkin beer. Pours dark amber with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is strongly bourbon, sweet caramel and subdued cinnamon. Taste is along the same lines. Starts off caramel sweet, followed up with bourbon booziness and a hint of cinnamon in the back. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with a nice alcohol kick, but not too much burn.
Overall, it’s a big, sweet, boozy beer, but the alcohol cuts the sweetness a bit to prevent it from being cloyingly sweet. Best enjoyed in a snifter on a cold autumn day.
