COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Amber in color with a nice earthy hop aroma. Distinctly British in character with a firm malt character and a crisp, angular hop finish. Pairs well with burgers, chili and spicy foods

Amber hue with a minimal head. Average astringent hop aroma with a fair hop presence in the flavor profile. A little lacking in malt content. Not a bad Pale Ale, but certainly not great. Summer thirst quencher?

Clear amber with medium tan head. Aroma is grapefruit, some sweetness. Taste is pretty minimal up front, before the grapefruit shows up mid-taste. Finishes mildly bitter and leaves a mildly acidic grapefruit aftertaste. Slightly watery.

Pretty average APA, not as much hop bitterness as I was expecting, good malty finish, a little bit of bitterness was in the flavors, but again but not as much as I was expecting from this brew

strong tasting pale ale reminiscent of sierra nevadas pale ale, not too bad but prefer the gold ale

A nice, full-bodied, unwimpy pale ale. My favority CC offering.

A good example of a pale ale. Very nice balance so that the malt stands up a bit to the hops. A good beer

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2003 Update 12/23/03: This beer has gone downhill, it is now pretty darn bland. Well balanced and drinkable. Just enough body and hops. Good fruit in the finish. Solid beer.

A pretty average APA. Hops are very floral in both the nose and flavor; taste also has some fruitiness in the backup. As hoppy as expected. Nothing unusual or bad, just kind of average.
