Aroma of yeast and citric rock candy. Orange-light copper color, expected CO2 effects. Heavy cotton candy flavor, serious sugar bomb. Appropriately slick body. Doesn’t come off as strong, unfortunately not at all nuance either.

Pours clear golden, slight thin white head, thick lacing. Aroma tropical fruit, bubble gum, clove, sweet malt, wheat. Taste sweet, bubble gum, tropical fruit, faint spice, very little noble hops. Mouth feel medium body and carbonation, sweet finish, very slight spicy bite. Overall, not offending, no where near style, but well balanced and pleasant, a bit too sweet for me.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle for 2 bucks. Pours a hazy amber/gold color with a white head. Aroma is yeast with an underlying aroma of candy. Just an okay aroma, not particularly appealing to me. Taste is spicy and lingers. Also some sweetness but doesn’t really overwhelm, at least for me. Not a bad beer but I would be hard-pressed to consider buying it again.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle to snifter (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a mostly transparent orange with thin white head that dissipates into lacing fairly quickly. Smells of Belgian yeast, spices, and a touch of hops. Tastes like it smells, only more robust, with a bit of candied sugar and a nice mouthfeel. A decent saison.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a mostly clear light amber color with almost no head on it. Nose is decently sour with a fair amount of funk to it; the nose seems very yeasty with just a hint of some citrus underneath. Taste has some more of the spicy elements to it and a bit of sourness. Fairly light on the palate, making it pretty drinkable.
