Small Craft exemplifies a robust pilsner—it’s crisp, well-carbonated, and slightly sweet. The beer is characterized by a firm malt backbone and a pronounced hop character. A fine aroma, from an array of hops, completes this quaffable beer.

Best by 10/05. Aroma is grainy with hints of banana and dry Saaz notes. Crisp with slight citrus. Transparent golden color with a frothy medium white head with some lacing. I get some sweetness to start, turning buttery and caramelly in the middle. Finishes a bit bitter with some more Saaz in there. Slight grapefruit bitter/dryness to finish. This is nice work.

Medium hops and sweet malts tie in nicely with a peppery spicey background. Quite good.

gold color. small white head. Really hoppy, maybe even a little bit too much so, in terms of balance.

A thick head leads a deep golden color in the glass. However the pilsner is overhopped to my liking, which left a bitter citrus flavor at the back of my tounge. Something to look for for some, but not to my prefrence in a pils.

Beautiful gold brew nice white head that fades to lace islands that tiny bubbles rise up to build. The smell of fresh hops mostly floral with some citrus.Sweet malt with honey notes that are quickly pushed back by the nice hop presence I really enjoyed this beer just wish it was available locally ,worth seeking out

Bottle best by JUL 05, drank in MAY 05: Clear golden yellow with a large rocky white head, huge floral aroma with some peppery spice, starts and ends lightly bitter, medium body, light ending with a citrus note.

Good saaz aroma. Nice hoopy flavor with a decant amount of malt to balance. More enjoyable than I expected.

2005 bottle. Fine bubbles rise vigorously to create a large, long-lived fluffy white head atop a bright goldenrod colored body. Pils malt and some grassiness in the nose, with a rather sugary feel to it. Quite sweet to begin, in flavor, but lager yeast and awesome grassy hoppiness prevail upon the uber malt. I like this, I’m not afraid to admit it. Probably ageable for a year too. Light spices, some hay, bit of vanilla. Medium-full body. Low, natural carbonation. Bit of apricots on the end.
