COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Malts: German Pils and Carapils
Hops: Amarillo, Saaz, Hersbrucker and Tettnang
We call this beer an Uber Pils - a pilsner style bock lager. Rich, malty, and well rounded but with a firm structure of noble hops. Surprisingly pale in color for such a powerful, complex beer. Available year round beginning Feb. 05.

orangeish dark and clear. smell is minimal. Decent malt flavor with a hop citrus tweak near the end. Not bad at all. Nothing special here but drinkable and non-offending.

Bottle. Barak BBOTM. Clear dark golden with white film. Faint floral and honey aroma, a little tropical fruit that I can’t name too. Alcoholic, sweet, honey taste. Syrupy texture for a lager, medium-bodied, alcoholic finish.

Really really nice pilsner with a good hop structure. Thin on the palate which makes it nice for food pairings of all kind but retains a very balanced malt attack which also lends to a nice adventure in the super pilsner arena. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A decent pils but nothing extraordinary. Starts OK, but develops a bit of that watery cardboard character as it goes.

Clear amber with a fairly small foamy head. Aroma of caramel, some oxidation, and noble hops. Taste of malt, honey, full-to-oily mouthfeel, some tannins, no discernible oxidation in the taste, so the aroma may be of something else that comes across as oxidized. Palate bitter and slick. Overall feels like an overly full-bodied Oktoberfest.

Pours a clear golden orange from the bottle with thin off-white head and light lacing. Aroma of pils malt, bready grain and German yeast. Taste follows, less yeast and more sweet malt. Thin but the alcohol is well hidden.

BBOTMC. Pours orange with a large head, aroma of berries, malt and some floral notes, flavor of alcohol, herbs, bitterness, malt, medium bodied, OK for it’s style.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2013 Bottle shared with Ariel and his brother at Beer Market Jaffa. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Clear deep golden to amber with a beige head. Malty aroma with a bit of caramel, honey notes and a bit of floral and herbal hops. Sweetish malty flavor with caramel and decent herbal hops bitterness. Medium-bodied, rounded mouthfeel. Pretty nice and easy-drinking.
