COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Malts: German Pils and Carapils
Hops: Amarillo, Saaz, Hersbrucker and Tettnang
We call this beer an Uber Pils - a pilsner style bock lager. Rich, malty, and well rounded but with a firm structure of noble hops. Surprisingly pale in color for such a powerful, complex beer. Available year round beginning Feb. 05.

pours a slightly hazy translucent orange with dissipating head.. the smell is inviting with notes of apricot, honey and another sweetness maybe some light berry notes infused by the varying hops.. initial hit to the palate is like a summer breeze on a warm day.. crisp, smooth, refreshing.. subtle hops that quickly give way to a coated maltyness that chews in your mouth and has a slight syrup almost earthy taste.. the hops reappear later in the session and a slight bitterness laces the aftertaste like a hooker with a bad attitude.. its one of my first imperial pilsners and I like the cut of its jib and the alcohol is barely noticeable.... suggest it .....

Purchase by December 2013. Uh, oh. 12oz bottle poured into stange. Lovely auburn color with thin white head that quickly fades. No lacing. Aroma indicates oxidation, but caramel malt comes through. Flavor is pleasantly malty, however tinny oxidation is hard to get over. Medium body, creamy texture, lower carbonation, semi-dry finish. Drank a quarter and then drain poured, but would definitely give a fresh one a shot.

Sweet fruity aroma. Thin head on a clear dark amber body. Malt and fruit smooth taste.A sense a crispness in the background which gives it some character. Has a nice clean finish.

Pours a light amber color with a hoppy aroma. Taste is mildly fruity with a malty backbone. The flavors quickly disappears after the swallow but an earthy banana flavor is left behind. The malt is clean, smooth and is refreshing.

12 ounce bottle. Orange like body. Surprisingly sweet. Fruity esters. Pretty malty for a pils. Hmmmmmmm.

Bottle @ home via jcnielsen courtesy toss. Pours a surprisingly dark orange appearance with a thin off white head. Some orange candy, sweet toasted malty, bready aroma with a touch of cardboard. Carbonation is dull. Some citrus fruits in the flavor. Dull toasted grainy flavor. Strong finish. Not very good. Maybe a fresher bottle could have been better but I don’t think so.

Bottle. Clear dark gold with a thin ring of white head. Aroma is bready maul and Noble hops. Very pungent. Taste follows suit with some fruity sweetness on the end. Not as crisp as I'd like. Not terrible.

Bottle--gold to yellow color with a large, white head. Soft malt based aroma with some bread. Bread taste was up front with a solid malt base. Finish was thick for a piles with low carbonation. Might be the beat pils i ever drank. Produce place. $1.79.

Bottle to tumbler. Pours amber, nice two finger head, decent lacing. Aroma of spruce, grass, light malts. Taste is grassy, bread, sweet malts, slightly bitter. Medium body, light carbonation. Finishes earthy, sweet, notes of funk. Drinkable but strange.
