3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Decent. Nice copper hue, with a deep presence in the mug that says drink me. There is a nice sweet malt flavor that overlays a slightly arousing mix of flavors, but nothing I can really stamp my finger on. Decent is all

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours with a medium white head with a little lacing on a deep amber-red body with a sweet, cherry like aroma with hints of other fruits. Fruity taste with nice tannin hops in the finish on a lively medium body.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a slightly hazy chestnut color with some ivory head. There is too much brown for me to call it an amber. Aroma is mainly caramel malt with some breadiness. Taste is malty and bready with a little spice and bitterness mixed in. Body is medium. Not a bad beer but not what I would consider an ESB. It is too sweet.

Big boy that’s plenty bite and bark. I liked it but wouldn’t write home about it, try this one.

2007 version. Deep ruby color with almost no head. Big hop Boquet. Flavor is hoppy/citrius/bitterness balanced by some malty sweetness and rum flavors. Great big beer. Love it. Alcohol is well hidden.

On tap at the Padonia Ale House. Pours a real dark brown. Small tan head. Nice hop taste while not being the main focus of this brew. The malts take over to give a nice smooth finish. A little bitter. Real good beer

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft sample. Pours a light cola brown with a moderate head. Little hop aroma, some doughy bread on the nose. Smooth taste with your typical bitter ESB aftertaste. Pretty decent.

12 ounce bottle enjoyed on Thanksgiving Day out of a Heavy Seas variety pack. This poured a light amber color with a one finger width white head that disappeared very quickly. The aroma consisted of some light hops, malt, and a bit of dark fruit. The taste was along the same lines with a bit more of the hops and malt coming through. This reminded me a bit of a light IPA. Finished smooth and was easy to drink. Overall, I was surprised by this one... I was not expecting much.
