Mild biscuite and caramel malt aroma. Sweet initial flavour with a good portion of caramel and only a vague cornish note. More malty than bitter. The aroma has notes of hops. Light fruit and flower and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of slightly dry citrus, flower and malt. Gold, moderate white head and moderate condition. Gentle sweet caramel and hop flowers in the nose, soft and sweet in the mouth with a low caramel note and a touch of hoppiness, thin metellic hops in the finish with a touch of sweet maltiness lingering.
