Hazy golden with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of clove, banana and wheat. The flavour has a pleasant sweetness, notes of banana, clove and wheat and a touch of caramel. It has a really nice harmony and body, and IMO it’s a really nice weiss.

Draught at Annafest, Forchheim. Cloudy yellow, creamy head. Aroma of fruity pears and banana. Medium sweet with soft, velvetty mouthfeel, Minerally with some vanilla. A friendly and very drinkable weizen.

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria - a gusher - the bottle I mean. Pours hazy orange with a slowly collapsing white head. Fruity ester aroma, towards orange fruit. Flavour is sweet fruity at first, hold a mild bitterness lurking trough. Turning towards a more dry finish. Bitter into the far finish - light yeasty spiced too.

bottle, bought at the brewery tap. hazy orange with a fluffy white head. aroma of musk and burnt clove. flavour starts with a hint of cheesecake but as it warms a nasty infection reveals itself, some nasty rotting compost sourness. normally i’d figure this had been poorly kept but one would expect that bottle bought at the brewery would be in optimum condition

Bottle. Murky orange golden color with a large frothy good lacing off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, light banana, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonaton is soft. Well balanced and refreshing Weizen ;o))
