3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 rosenbergh (3495) - Helsinki, FINLAND - FEB 16, 2012
500 ml bottle. From bierzwerg.de.
Cloudy golden colour with small off-white head.
Wheat, yeast, rubber and some sourish fruitiness in aroma.
Flavour is wheat, wood, sourish fruitiness and yeast in flavour.
Quite out of the ordinary Weißbier but I’m not completely sure if that’s a good thing. Get quite yeasty before the end of the glass.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 oh6gdx (16084) - Vasa, FINLAND - NOV 12, 2011

Aroma is slightly yeasty herbal and hayish notes along with some sweet and bready malts, Flavour is sour wood, some wheat, mild tart fruityness as well as some yeast and mild acidic notes. A rather Berliner Weisse sour wheatbeer. Not sure if it’s intended or infected, but very Berliner Weisse like.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Drink4Satan (666) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - NOV 9, 2010
Pours a hazy yellow gold with a fading, initially puffy head. Nice clovey/banana impression on the nose, higher alcohols, savory wheat, and that’s about it, but all that’s really necessary for the style. The flavour is a bit milky and uncharacteristically sour. It’s got the general idea, but it’s just not that well executed. It tastes a little papery as well, so it may have spent a few minutes in direct sunlight. Uh oh, fusels. My head is starting to feel it already. The bitterness is hardy noble, but more solvent-like. The body is nice and full and very palatable. Meh, not all that great, but I need to reasses a non-photo-oxidized bottle.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 SamGamgee (2452) - down the whirlpool, California, USA - NOV 9, 2010
50cl bottle. Hazy blond, white fine head. Well balanced clove and banana aroma with some vanilla as well. Tart and Spritzy in the mouth with some soft wheat and a touch of fruit. Needs some more spice carrying through the flavor. Well attenuated though.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 17, 2010
Bottle, 5.1%. Banana aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour starts off sweetish, has a little burnt plastic, but no more than is tolerable. Some banana to the flavour as well. I imagine I can taste the old Hebendanz aroma hop, but that is probably just because I know it is a Hebendanz beer.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Oakes (10202) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 11, 2009
Cloudy with a foamy head. The aroma leans to the yeastier, wheatier side of things. Starts sweet, the becomes drier and yeastier later...a perfumey beginning begets a footy finish. Full body.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Beershine (4766) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - AUG 4, 2009
Bottle @ Annafest. Lively carbonation. Hazy warm yellow color with thick creamy white head. The aroma is fresh, floral and spicy. The palate is soft, juicy. Not sticky or yeasty. The flavors are dry, herbal. Perfumy. Enjoyably floral. Not to everyone’s taste but the perfume and flowers work for me.
