Copper color, decent head.
Kind of herbal nose.
Bitter even at the beggining, but in a differrent more herbal way. Then less bitter aftertaster.
Very unusual hoppy taste on a herbal side, but very nice brew.

Bottle, 5.2% at the brewpub. Mild spicy hop aroma. Clear amber colour. The flavour has some of the same spiciness as the aroma. Herbal and reminding me a bit of soy, but nice enough.

.5 liter bottle at Spuyten. Medium copper color and a thin lasting head. Aroma is a bit on the herbal hoppy side with light caramel or toasted vienna malts- slight breadiness with almost a cream of wheat character. Earthy and green flavor with hops, slight dirtiness, yeast, and a slight caramel toastiness and herbal yet smooth finish.

Oh...i like this one a lot. Dark golden color. Aroma is caramel, malty, and sweet. Flavor is a bit single malt like, almost scotch tasting. YUM!

Bottle 50cl. Pours a copper golden brew with small white head, average carbonisation. Very slight tastes of smoked malt, caramel malt, vienna malt. Very drinkable indeed and with 5,2 % ABV very honest.

The color is warm golden and the head is huge, nice and creamy. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt and flower. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, flower and light citrus. It’s a smooth and pleasant märzen.
